GENERAL MANUSCRIPT PREPARATION

Manuscripts should be prepared in clear, concise, and grammatically correct English. The following presentation standard reflects the current Scientara Journal article style and is recommended for consistency across submitted papers:

  • A4 page size with portrait orientation
  • Single-column manuscript layout
  • Clean academic page design
  • Professional scientific typography
  • Consistent paragraph spacing
  • Clear heading hierarchy
  • Page numbers included
  • Continuous manuscript formatting

Tables and figures should be numbered consecutively and placed close to their first citation wherever practical. Manuscripts should be submitted in DOC or DOCX format, or in PDF format where supported by the submission system.

RECOMMENDED MANUSCRIPT STRUCTURE

  • Title page: title, author names, affiliations, corresponding author details, and article metadata where required.
  • Abstract: a concise summary of the purpose, methods, main findings, and significance of the study.
  • Keywords: a small set of precise terms that reflect the subject and methods of the paper.
  • Main text: structured logically, commonly including Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion, and Conclusion where appropriate.
  • Acknowledgements, funding, and conflict disclosures: include where relevant and available.
  • References: presented consistently and checked carefully for accuracy and completeness.

TABLES, FIGURES, AND ILLUSTRATIONS

Tables

Tables should be clear, self-explanatory, and numbered in the order they are mentioned in the text. Each table should have a descriptive title and should avoid unnecessary duplication of data already shown in figures.

Figures

Figures should be sharp, legible, and scientifically relevant. Captions should explain the content clearly, and all symbols, labels, and abbreviations should be defined where needed.

For practical layout purposes, figures and tables should appear close to the first point of reference in the manuscript. High-quality visual material supports readability and helps preserve the professional look of the article PDF.

REFERENCING AND SCHOLARLY INTEGRITY

References should be prepared consistently throughout the manuscript and should accurately reflect the sources cited in the text. Authors are responsible for ensuring that all citations are complete, relevant, and correctly attributed.

Manuscripts should reflect accepted standards of originality, transparency, and academic integrity. Any use of previously published content, data, images, or adapted material should be properly acknowledged and cleared where necessary.
